Insurance Plans We Work With
Cost should never be a mystery. We explain your coverage and your options up front, before care begins.
Don't see your plan listed? Call us at 435-291-9741. Networks change, and we may still be able to help, either in network or by providing the paperwork you need to submit a claim yourself.
How We Help With Insurance
- We verify your benefits before your first visit when possible
- We explain what your plan covers in plain language
- We bill your insurance directly for in-network plans
- We give you a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket costs
Keep in mind that coverage is set by your insurance company, not by us. Many plans cover chiropractic care for active treatment of a specific problem, but may limit visits or exclude certain services such as maintenance care or some therapies.
Self-Pay and Transparent Pricing
No insurance? High deductible? You are not out of options. We offer clear self-pay rates so you know the cost before you commit to anything. Your report of findings will include a written breakdown of your recommended care and its price.
Ask about package pricing for longer care plans, which can lower the cost per visit.
Payment Plans and Financing
A care plan should fit your life and your budget. We offer:
- In-house payment plans that spread the cost of care over several months
- Third-party healthcare financing for qualified patients, with options that may include low or no-interest periods
- Prepaid care packages that reduce your per-visit cost
We will help you find an option that works before your care begins, with no surprise bills later.
Using Your HSA or FSA
Chiropractic care is generally an eligible expense for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). You can use your HSA or FSA card at our front desk just like a regular debit or credit card. If your plan requires documentation, we can provide an itemized receipt. Check with your plan administrator if you are unsure about a specific service.
A Note About Medicare
Medicare Part B generally covers chiropractic spinal manipulation when it is medically necessary to correct a spinal problem. It typically does not cover exams, X-rays, therapies or other services ordered by a chiropractor. Because rules vary, our team will explain exactly what may be covered and what would be your responsibility before treatment. Supplemental and Medicare Advantage plans may offer different benefits.
Auto Accident and Personal Injury Cases
If you were hurt in a car accident, your care may be covered through auto insurance, often under personal injury protection (PIP) or medical payments coverage, depending on your policy and your state. In many cases, you pay little or nothing out of pocket.
We can help you:
- Document your injuries thoroughly from the start
- Coordinate billing with the auto insurance carrier
- Work with your attorney, if you have one

Frequently Asked Questions
Does insurance cover chiropractic care?
Many health insurance plans cover chiropractic care, especially for treating a specific injury or painful condition. Coverage varies by plan, and some limit the number of visits per year or require you to meet a deductible first. Our team can verify your benefits before your first visit and explain what your plan is likely to pay.
How much does a chiropractor cost without insurance?
Self-pay costs depend on what your visit includes, such as an exam, imaging or specific therapies. We share our self-pay rates up front and give you a written estimate of your full care plan before you begin, so there are no surprises. Package pricing and payment plans can help reduce the overall cost.
Can I use my HSA or FSA at a chiropractor?
In most cases, yes. Chiropractic care is generally considered a qualified medical expense for HSA and FSA accounts. You can pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout, and we can provide itemized receipts if your plan asks for documentation.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
Most people can see a chiropractor without a referral. Some insurance plans, particularly certain HMO plans, do require one for coverage. When we verify your benefits, we will let you know if a referral is needed so you can request it from your primary care provider.
